1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of macktrax.com (the “Site”) and any related content, services, or products (collectively, the “Services”).
By visiting the Site, creating an account, purchasing a course or product, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or any older age your local law requires) and capable of entering a binding contract.
You agree to:

  • provide accurate account information;

  • keep your login credentials secure; and

  • accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC)

By posting comments, reviews, or other material on the Site you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, and reproduce that UGC.
You warrant that your UGC:

  • is your original work or you have permission to post it;

  • does not infringe any third-party right; and

  • is not unlawful, hateful, or harmful.

We may remove UGC at our sole discretion.


5. Purchases & Payments

  1. Product information — We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that descriptions or prices are error-free; errors may be corrected without notice.

  2. Order acceptance — All orders are subject to confirmation and availability; quantities may be limited.

  3. Prices & taxes — Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (or your selected currency) exclusive of shipping and taxes, calculated at checkout.

  4. Payments — Secure third-party gateways process all payments; we never see full card numbers.

  5. Digital courses — Delivered electronically, usually immediately after payment. All sales are final unless required by law.

  6. Physical merchandise — Printed and shipped on demand by fulfilment partners; delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

  7. Returns & refunds —

    • Physical items: If defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos for a replacement or refund.

    • Digital items: Generally non-refundable once delivered, unless otherwise required by law.


6. Affiliate Links

Some pages contain affiliate links. If you click one and later make a qualifying purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Opinions remain our own.


7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • violate any law or regulation;

  • infringe intellectual-property rights;

  • upload malware or harmful code;

  • scrape, spider, or crawl the Site without permission;

  • collect personal data of others without consent;

  • impersonate any person or entity.

Violation may lead to account suspension or termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

Total liability will not exceed (a) USD 100 or (b) the amount you paid in the previous six months—whichever is greater.


10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Site operator and its personnel from any claims or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.


11. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of San Francisco County, California, unless consumer-protection law requires another forum.


12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will appear on this page and—where required—be announced via on-site banner at least 14 days before they take effect.
Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
